The Horsewear House - Terms and Conditions

-	are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$);
-	include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5%;
-	are correct at time of publication either on the Website or in the Catalogue;

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered an item, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Delivery and Availability

-	The items listed on our Website and in our Catalogue are subject to availability.
-	We occasionally run out of colours or stock items in which case we will notify you as to the likely delivery date.
-	Some items shown in photos on our Website and in our Catalogue may be slightly different to the actual item.
-	Subject to availability orders will generally be delivered within 10 working days.

Back Orders

If when you receive your order it includes a reference that an item is on back order this means we were out of stock of that item at the time the order was despatched and have put the item on back order. Please advise us if you want to cancel the back order item. If you have paid by cheque a refund of the difference will be posted to the delivery address of the order. If you paid by credit card your credit card will not be charged for back ordered items until they are despatched.

Delivery Charges

-	Our delivery prices are for standard mail via NZ Post and include packaging, postage and insurance (via NZ Post’s standard cover and conditions).
-	Please add appropriate delivery charges for each item as detailed below.
-	Courier or signature required incurs additional charges – please ask if you would like to use these.

Payment

-	Please add appropriate delivery charges for each item as detailed above.
-	The Horsewear House accepts payment via:
	Cheque	- Please make cheques payable to The Horsewear House. - Please Ensure your name and phone number are on the back.
	Bank Deposit	- Please email for Bank Details - Please attach/email/fax copy of deposit receipt with order
	Credit Card	- We are happy to accept MasterCard or Visa

	*Please do not send cash* *The Horsewear House takes no responsibility for cash sent via post*

Returns

At the Horsewear House we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of the date on our invoice and we will replace it or refund your purchase price (either via cheque or credit to your credit card).

If you purchase one of our products and find it is the wrong size then we will exchange it for the equivalent product (of the same price) provided you return the original item to us in original condition within 30 days of the date on our invoice. We do need to recover the costs of sending you the replacement item however,

To return an item simply:

-	Package the item appropriately to ensure it is protected from damage. Please ensure that you include a copy of the original invoice for item.
-	Attach postage.
-	Post to us at our postage address as shown on the invoice

	Note: Unfortunately delivery charges on returned items are not refundable. However if the item is being returned for replacement due to it being in a damaged condition when received the replacement item will be delivered for no charge.

We use the online ANZ eGate solution for Credit Card processing. No credit card details are retained electronically by The Horsewear House. Paper records (ie. Customer orders) are stored in locked cabinets in an area with restricted access.

We do not sell or distribute our client lists, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. We may on occasion contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you.
